SIGH .. time FLIES when you are having fun .. =(
With a blink of our eyes, 9 days went past and here we have to bid farewell to Taiwan *cry*. There are still so much that we can explore, shop and eat, 9 days is definitely too short !
Nevertheless, I am glad that we managed to cover most of the places on our itinerary. Next on our list will be 台中. 台中 is indeed a hidden gem of Taiwan and for our next Taiwan trip, we will definitely spend more days in 台中! And also not forgetting other places of interest such as Taroko Gorge, 北投, 猫空, 野柳地质公园 (yes, I want to go back again), Alishan and more and more and more .. and the list goes on ..
Our departure flight is 625am and we have to reach the airport latest by 5am. *yawn* SO EARLY.. =(
Took the first bus of 大有巴士 and the entire city of Taipei was still deep in sleep. The streets were quiet with merely a few vehicles zoomed past and what greeted us was the refreshing morning breeze and colorful traffic lights.
Reached the airport on time and the harsh fact hit us that yes, this is the end of our holiday and we have to go home to work harder and earn more money for our next trip!
Dawn is slowly breaking and Taipei is awake once more.
